Josephine Lim Fen Ru is a Principal Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience across Singapore's public and private healthcare sectors. She has extensive experience in treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions across all age groups. She has strong passion for sports rehabilitation, helping both recreational and elite atheletes recover from injury and return to peak performances. She has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation, including, ACL and ligament reconstruction and repair, meniscus and cartilage repair, ankle reconstructions, and hip and knee joint replacement. Her experience also extends to women’s health, geriatric and neurological/stroke conditions.
Before joining MoveMed, Josephine served as a Principal Physiotherapist at Singapore General Hospital, where she led the Sports Physiotherapy and Camden Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy teams. She also supported Team Singapore athletes as Physiotherapist-in-Charge for table tennis, tennis, boxing and kickboxing at the 2022 Southeast Asian Games.

Supporting Team Singapore at the SEA Games
Josephine served as Physiotherapist-in-Charge for four Team Singapore sports at the 2022 Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam. Her experience includes injury management, rehabilitation planning and supporting athletes through the demands of training and competition.
