No referral is needed in Singapore. You can book directly with MoveMed Physiotherapy. However, if your condition requires imaging (X-ray, MRI), your physiotherapist may advise you to consult a GP or specialist.

It depends on the condition, duration of pain, and your activity level.
Long-standing or complex injuries may require a longer plan.
Your physiotherapist will estimate your treatment duration on your first visit. -
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. For shoulder, knee, or back issues, loose sportswear is ideal.
