This helps identify issues related to posture, mobility, muscle control, strength, and movement habits. Instead of giving every person the same routine, a physiotherapist uses this information to guide exercise selection and progression. The exercises are then tailored to the individual’s needs.  Some patients may need to focus more on core control and posture, while others may need to work on movement confidence, mobility, or regaining strength after surgery. T hroughout the session, the physiotherapist guides the patient through each movement, making corrections where needed and adjusting the intensity according to comfort and ability.</image:title>
